Continental breakfast with fresh fruit, cakes, pastries, eggs, and bacon. Marvellous location relatively close to Southern Walls of Sozopol. Also - close enough to Close to the Sozopol Central beach, the sea, which is shallow, warm and clean, and all the restaurants and bars.

Gorgeous and spotlessly clean place, magnificent view over the bay beautiful. Decent size rooms and a perfect breakfast. Big beds & decent employees who was the senior staff member there. Particularly good, wonderful location in Sozopol, close to the Sozopol Central beach, stores and restaurants, and too commercial.

Everything was second to none, the continental breakfast was totally worth it. On arrival the room was decent sized and lovely looking. The location of the hotel was excellent and lovely - a 10-15 minute walking distance from Amphitheatre Apoloniya.

Nothing too much trouble, the venue met the criteria. The hotel was reasonably large, fairly clean and had incredible breakfast. The location was gorgeous, and we could reach Sozopol Public Beach by walking. Our room was heated and spotless with a lovely view towards the Old Town from the balcony and big couch, just what we needed.

We stayed at Villa List in Sozopol for a week and had an amazing time. The hotel's location was perfect, right by the beach with stunning sea views. The staff were extremely friendly and always quick to respond to any requests or questions we had. The rooms were clean and comfortable, allowing us to sleep peacefully to the sound of the waves and the wind. The hotel was also conveniently located near shops and a restaurant, making it easy for us to explore the area. The breakfast was delicious and the service was friendly and relaxed. Plus, the airport transfer in a modest car was a fun experience and allowed us to practice our German with the driver. we had a fantastic stay at Villa List and would highly recommend it.

The location is great - between the old and new town of Sozopol, so everything that there is to see is a waking distance away, including the beach. Nice staff, nice and clean room and overall great value for money.

The water in the inside pool is freezing cold.

Poor breakfast, the water in the inner swimming pool and jacuzzi was cold and couldn't be warmed, the fitness center was in the basement without any kind of ventilation, basicaly imposible to use, shared balcony, the parivate parking consisted in a few parking places in front of the hotel on the side walk, etremly poor WiFi internet.

Great location, spacious room with sea view. Friendly staff and good breakfast. Loved the freshly prepared crepes. Few initial hiccups, but promptly resolved with a complimentary drink. Will definitely return to this charming destination.

It is an European building, the rooms are spotless and reasonably large with a beautiful view. The staff is AMICABLE, decent.

The room was a decent size and spotless and with big couch, exceptional view and a balcony. Scrambled eggs, fresh fruit, cakes, pastries and bacon were better than expected.

Actually, the room was nice styled, it also had a shower, a hairdryer and guest toiletries.
